Spaces are limited for all courses. Participants are invited to secure their spot as soon as possible by registering over the phone, by mail or online through our Eventbrite page.

Participants are invited to call 613-526-7171, ext. 2222 to register. Please leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number and the name of the course you wish to register for. Please do not leave any banking or credit card information in your voicemail. We will return your call within two business days. Requests are processed according to the date and time of your voicemail.
Participants are invited to send a cheque and completed registration form by mail. Click here to download and print a copy of the Fall 2018 registration form.

Confirmation of Registration
Participants will be sent confirmation of payment and registration. Our preference is to correspond with you via email. If possible, please supply your email address when you register so we can send your confirmation electronically. Otherwise we will mail a confirmation letter to the address supplied at the time of registration. Note that we will only use your email address to share pertinent information about the Perley Health Lifelong Learning Program.
