Life Stories

Recording your life story.

Every life story is important. And recording that story can ensure it lives on. Doing so also helps one put things in order and reminisce about a life well lived. The result is a nice keepsake for loved ones to share. Life stories can include recordings, photographs and even artwork. In some cases, people write a song to tell their story.

In this video, Kathleen Johnson explains the program at Perley Health and provides tips on how to create a life story for yourself or your loved one.
