What the two presenters say in the two videos is valuable!
But, what normal people stay in exactly the same position for all that length of time through the shooting of two videos, not moving their bodies -- even their arms. As an octogenarian, I like people to move naturally, especially when they are communicating such valuable information online. Their movement or in this case, lack of movement, becomes an important part of their communication.
I often close off the visuals when they don't interest me, but doing that especially with the second video, is to lose sight of the useful listings.
